It seems there’s been a terrible contradiction between policy makers & the execution of said policies in Government. I simply can’t connect how budget cuts are meant to improve our Public University’s ‘so-called’ autonomy & how this would further help our dear policy makers of achieving their target for the country to have academic excellence.
